Education Event: Building Brands in Cannabis

Jen Caines is the owner of Moksha Chocolate. Like many entrepreneurs, she didn't plan on starting her own company, but when her brother asked if she and her husband would like to buy a cacao farm in Peru, Moksha was born. Jennifer is passionate about educating consumers about the value of of bean-to-bar chocolate and CBD wellness. As a Boulder native and lifetime athlete, Jen champions the health benefits of cacao and cannabis.

With twenty years of award-winning agency experience under his belt, Colin left NYC for the Centennial State to become Executive Creative Director of Charlotte's Web, then elevated to CMO.

He is currently working with the company's founders on several projects in the health and wellness space.

Bryant is a Managing Director heading up the Health and Wellness practice for the Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) - a Boulder, CO based advertising and marketing consulting agency. Prior he was Chief Marketing Officer for Columbia Care, one of the largest multi-state operators of cannabis and CBD. He has over 18 years of brand marketing experience working on some of the world’s most iconic brands such as Pepsi, Band-Aid and Clorox Bleach. Bryant began his career as a volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps serving in Mali, West Africa.

Mary C. Mulry PhD, CFS is currently Managing Director of FoodWise One LLC, a consulting firm specializing in product development, helping to bring natural and organic foods, dietary supplements, and cannabis products to market. Her strengths include innovation, scientific/technical expertise, prototype development, nutrition, regulatory, food safety, labeling and ingredient sourcing, for start-up through Fortune 500 companies.
