The Colorado F&B Co-Manufacturing Summit brings together brands and co-manufacturers to discuss opportunities and challenges in Colorado's consumer product production ecosystem. If you're interested in joining the 3 pm tour of CSU Spur's Food Innovation Center, please make sure to add it to your registration so that we have an accurate headcount.

CSU Spur is located at 4777 National Western Dr., Denver, CO. To park, please refer to this map and park in the yellow lot behind the Vida building. There will be signage directing you to the lot as well. Do not park in the saloon parking lot.


If you are joining the tour of the CSU Food Innovation Center, please meet in the Hydro building at the tables by the cafe at 3 pm. If you are interested in attending the tour and didn't sign up for it, no worries - come at 3 and join the party! If you are just coming for the networking and panel discussion, you can go straight to the Confluence Theater within the Hydro building, and doors are at 4. The panel discussion will start at 5 pm, and there will be time to network after the discussion as well.
