Event Details

The cannabis industry has had quite a year. From the failure of congress to pass banking reform to the FDA punting regulatory guidance on CBD to Congress, to the absolute mess of NY legalization rollout to the increasing difficulties of operating in California – we have been on one serious bucking bronco of a year. So, what does this mean for us moving forward? We've brought together several experts who will unpack our current situation and help participants navigate through the obstacles and challenges in 2023. This session will examine the industry through four different lenses:

  1. Opportunities and Perils of the regulated THC landscape.
  2. What is the future of CBD and CBD-based businesses?
  3. What is going on with Hemp THC and how is it sending shockwaves through the entire industry?
  4. What is the outlook for those looking to get into the cannabis industry?
