Please fill out this application form in its entirety to be considered for Naturally Boulder's 18th Annual Pitch Slam. Click the green Register button on the left once you've read through the application criteria below.

All applicants need to be able to provide sufficient samples for 3 judges to taste. Please deliver to the Kiln office by 10am Monday, January 9.

You can deliver a pitch if:

• You're a Naturally Boulder member;
• Your company's products have been in market for at least a year with demonstrated revenue (but fewer than 4 years);
• Your company's annual revenue is no greater than $2 million;
• Your business is located in Colorado;
• You produce in a licensed facility;
• You can provide liability insurance;
• Even if you've pitched in previous Naturally Boulder Pitch Slams;
• You must be able to set up your exhibitor's table in the Innovation Showcase on Thursday morning, February 23, 2023 at the Boulder JCC; and
• You submit this completed Pitch Slam application before 11:59 pm Sunday, January 8, 2023. Judges will review all applications at that point and select 5 Pitch Finalist from all entries received. We expect to have many applications and anticipate that this will be a highly competitive selection process.

What to know before you pitch:

• Pitch Finalists will have three minutes to pitch, followed by a three minute question-and-answer period.
• You may use one slide. Naturally Boulder will provide the required slide template if you are selected to pitch. Those selected to pitch must provide the customized slide to Naturally Boulder in advance of the Pitch Slam. The deadline for the slide submission is noon MT Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
• Additional visual aids and/or samples for judges are welcome.
• The judges' votes determine the winner.
• Audience votes determine the People's Choice winner.
• All Pitchers have exhibit tables in the Innovation Showcase, the tabletop show, on Pitchers' Row -- we'll provide a 6' x 30" table plus a gold tablecloth for you or you can bring your own booth setup if it fits into that same size space.
• If you sample products in the Innovation Showcase, please share small, bite-sized samples. If you are sampling a prepared food or cooked food that is sampled hot, those samples should be served in individual portions under a sneeze guard or food cover.
• We're estimating 350 guests at this event but we'll update you with registration numbers in February so you can plan for an appropriate quantity of samples.
• All Pitchers are expected to staff their tables 4:00-6:30 p.m. and 7:45 - 8:30 p.m. during the event on February 23, 2023.
• If selected as a Pitcher, you'll receive two free registrations to the Pitch Slam & Innovation Showcase event. This includes one for you plus a second ticket for your booth helper in the Innovation Showcase.
• Please note that completing this application will require you to record and upload a 1-minute video about your product/company. We can't wait to hear about your unique product!
