Please complete this form in its entirety to be considered for the Spring Fling Showcase tabletop show. Click the green Register button on the left once you've read through the application criteria below. Applications are due by April 24.

To participate in the Spring Fling Showcase, your business must fit this criteria:

• Someone at your company must be a current Naturally Boulder member;
• Company must have a significant business presence in Colorado;
• You must be available to set up your exhibitor's table on Wednesday morning, May 22, 2024 at CSU Spur

The Shoots Showcase cost is $300 and includes:

• Two free registrations to Spring Fling on May 22;
• A dedicated space for a 6' x 30" table to display your company and products in the Shoots Showcase tabletop show. You can provide your own table or rent one from us;
• Significant brand exposure with your logo;
• Promotional emails with your logo to nearly 6,000 industry professionals;
• Your logo on the Naturally Boulder Innovation Showcase landing page on our website; and
• Your logo on professionally designed event signage.

SHOWCASE CHANGES FOR 2024

• The Spring Fling Showcase is open to all businesses in the Naturally Boulder community, regardless of size or year established. Brands, service providers, and other organizations are welcome. This showcase is going to be a celebration of our full community!
• We are allowing companies to sell packaged products. The goal of the showcase is still sampling, but if attendees inquire, you can sell your product. Please indicate in the application if you are interested in selling your products.
• If you are a brand that is interested in doing a product sampling collaboration (if you have biscuits, and have a friend with a jam company), we are welcoming split booths this year! The exhibitor fee will be $150 each. If you are open to a collaborative booth but don't have the connections, please share your information in this sheet​ for others to see. Please note that it is the brand's responsibility to find a collaborator for this event, Naturally Boulder will not be facilitating he matchmaking.
• As noted below, the permits for Denver events are more expensive than Boulder. We want to keep the exhibitor costs even across the board, so if you are sampling products and need to purchase the $100 permit, we will decrease your exhibitor fee to $200 so that your overall fees are $300.

Please note:

• If you are sampling any food product, please share small, bite-sized samples. If you are sampling a prepared food or cooked food that is sampled hot, those samples should be served in individual portions under a sneeze guard or food cover. Any company that is sampling food is required to apply for a $100 temporary restaurant license​ through the City of Denver. Due to the high permit price, we will decrease your exhibitor fee to $200 if you are sampling to offset the permit cost. Service providers and any company that is not sampling food will have an exhibitor fee of $300.
• Please do not purchase this license until we have confirmed your participation in the showcase
• All showcase participants will be required to register for a City of Denver Special Event Application​ for sales tax, regardless of if you are sampling or not.
• Please do not file for this until we have confirmed your participation in the showcase
• Access to electricity is available for an additional $25 per outlet. Maximum wattage 1000W. You can rent a six-foot table through us for $15/table or you may bring your own. White tablecloths are available to rent for $10 each. Table and electricity charges are in the confirmation form.
• All Showcase participants are expected to staff their tables 4:30 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
• We're estimating 350 guests at this event but we'll update you with registration numbers in mid-May so you can plan for an appropriate quantity of samples.

You are currently completing the Showcase Application Form. If accepted, we'll ask you to complete the Showcase Confirmation Form and pay at that point.
